This is calculated by multiplying the total amount of texture units by the core speed of the chip. Texel Rate: Texel rate is the maximum amount of texture map elements (texels) that are applied in one second. It especially helps with AA, HDR and high resolutions. The better the card's memory bandwidth, the faster the card will be in general. If it uses DDR type memory, the result should be multiplied by 2 once again. The number is worked out by multiplying the bus width by the speed of its memory. Memory Bandwidth: Memory bandwidth is the max amount of data (counted in MB per second) that can be moved over the external memory interface within a second.
